Robert Helms
Robert is the host and founder of The Real Estate Guys™ Radio Show, which has been continuously broadcasting on conventional radio in the United States since 1997. The podcast version of the broadcast is the most downloaded real estate show on iTunes and has listeners all over the world. Robert is a long time real estate investor with a diverse background in real estate brokerage, development and property management. A dedicated educator, Robert also taught college level real estate courses in principles, practices and appraisal for four years.
Russell Gray
Best known for being Robert’s side kick on the radio since 2004, Russ is a financial and business strategist. With a 30 year background in sales, marketing and financial services, Russ has written several business plans, raised millions of dollars and consulted with hundreds of investors on their personal financial strategies. Russ also co-authored The Real Estate Guys™ highly rated book Equity Happens and taught real estate finance for the California Associations of Realtors® GRI program.
Ken McElroy
Ken began his career managing properties for others, while concurrently investing for himself. He quickly discovered the power of syndication and is a principal in a thriving real estate business which syndicates millions of dollars in deals each year. Ken is a best selling author and a long standing Rich Dad real estate advisor to mega-bestselling author of the Rich Dad Poor Dad series, Robert Kiyosaki. Ken believes we are in the greatest buyers market in recent memory and his company has acquired over $300 million of property in just the last two years. Summit 2012 will be Ken’s 3rd consecutive Investor Summit at Sea™!
Wayne Palmer
Wayne his known for his incredibly creative mind and has an extensive background in real estate dating back to 1976, including development, private lending and syndication. His company owns one of the largest gold mints in the United States. Wayne was a major contributor to Robert Kiyosaki’s book, The Real Book of Real Estate. This is 3rd consecutive Investor Summit at Sea™.
Beth Clifford
Beth is a classically trained economist, a multi-company entrepreneur and an international real estate developer. She holds an Economics degree from Northwestern University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Beth founded and served as CEO for a software company and is currently the President of an international real estate development company. In the course of her career, she has managed development projects with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion. Back for her 7th Investor Summit at Sea™, Beth’s energy, knowledge, passion and practical teaching make her a Summit favorite.
Garrett Sutton, Esq.
Garrett is one of Robert Kiyosaki’s longest standing Rich Dad Advisors. A licensed attorney, Garrett has over twenty-five years experience assisting and advising entrepreneurs, families and businesses in selecting the appropriate corporate structures to limit their liability, protect their wealth and advance their financial goals through real estate investments and other means of wealth creation. A best selling author and popular speaker, this will be Garrett’s 2nd Summit.
Mauricio Rauld, Esq.
Mauricio is a licensed attorney and an international entity strategist. He serves as General Counsel for an international real estate development company for whom he reviews contracts, provides risk analysis and mitigation strategy, oversees securities compliance and manages relations with third party counsel throughout the US and around the world. This will be Mauricio’s 5th year as a Summit faculty member.
Bob Helms, The Godfather of Real Estate
Bob has been investing since 1957 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1980. In his career Bob has owned, managed, bought and sold hundreds of properties for himself and his clients. He has been both a top producing agent and a managing broker overseeing dozens of agents in a very active real estate office. His practical experience in transactional real estate, marketing and property management make him a wealth of knowledge and a very popular Summit teacher. This will be Bob’s 10th Summit.
Robert Kiyosaki
Robert is the author of the all-time best selling business and finance book Rich Dad Poor Dad, which has sold some 30 million copies and been translated into well over a dozen languages. His simple, but profound message about how entrepreneurs and investors look at money, utilize advisors, profit from debt, manage risk, and capitalize on opportunity has enlightened people around the world…and irritated many in the the financial planning establishment. Kim Kiyosaki
As you’ll discover when you spend a week with her, Kim’s a WHOLE lot more than “just” Robert Kiyosaki’s wife. She’s a dynamic, intelligent and passionate teacher, accomplished author and a highly successful investor in her own right. One of our favorite interviews was with Kim as she shared her very first real estate investment experience. Today her investments are high into many millions of dollars, but it all started with a little 2 bedroom house and a box of silver. She has a masterful way of inspiring the person just starting out, yet is a wealth of wisdom to the most sophisticated of investors. One of Kim’s core passions is to see women take a much more educated and assertive role in building their financial future. The Real Estate Guys™ are highly honored to have Kim on board for her first Investor Summit at Sea™!
G. Edward Griffin
Best known for his epic book The Creature from Jekyll Island, a compelling and controversial expose on the Federal Reserve System – a book that has been endorsed by both Robert Kiyosaki and Congressman turned GOP Presidential hopeful Ron Paul - Mr. Griffin is a writer and documentary film producer. Known for his diligent research, he has an uncanny knack for taking complex topics and presenting them in clear terms everyone can understand. He remains an outspoken critic of fiat currency and tightly controlled, unaccountable central banking. And since Fed policy affects interest rates, lending, prices, and unemployment – all things real estate investors should be concerned about – we thought it would be enlightening to spend a week with Ed – and listen to him and our other faculty member compare notes. This will be Ed’s first Investor Summit at Sea™.
David Campbell
David is a former high school band director turned real estate investor and developer. He has an inspiring rags to riches to rags and back to riches story, which forced him to become highly creative in getting deals done without cash, credit or income. His real world real estate experience comes together with his passion and skill as a teacher, making him a very popular teacher on both the Investor Summit at Sea™ and The Real Estate Guys™ real estate market field trips to Dallas, Texas.
Wayne Kirk
Joining us for his first Investor Summit at Sea™, Wayne is a licensed securities professional with 15 years experience advising clients about investment opportunities in the oil and gas industry. He also boasts a diverse background in real estate including experience as a general contractor and real estate developer. Wayne is a member of several investment organizations including the National Exchange Council, and the National Football League’s Players Association Financial Advisors Program. A high energy guy himself, Wayne speaks all over the United States educating investors about the opportunities available in the energy industry.
Michael Mauceli
Mike is the founder and CEO of a successful 24 year old oil and gas exploration, production and property acquisition company. He has a long history of planning exploration activities and assessing market feasibility of privately-sponsored drilling programs. Mike is an expert at setting up business structures which allow investors to participate in the profits of specific properties and projects. His vision and business acumen have made him one of the most influential CEO’s in the oil and gas industry. For more than a decade, Mike has been educating financial professionals and investors throughout North America about the opportunities available through oil and gas. This is Mike’s first Investor Summit at Sea™.
Patrick Donohoe
Patrick is a financial strategist and an expert in a unique utilization of life insurance contracts called “infinite banking”. He is host of the Infinite Banking podcast and has a passion for teaching practical sound money principles to his clients and listeners. Patrick is a regular contributor to The Real Estate Guys™ radio show. This will be Patrick’s 2nd Investor Summit at Sea™.
Tom Wheelwright, CPA
Tom is a charismatic, creative and passionate CPA who is convinced that the U.S. tax code exists to help entrepreneurs and investors make money! He is Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Advisor for tax strategy and has been called “the best of the best” by Donald Trump. A prolific author, popular speaker and active investor, Tom specializes in helping people devise innovative, effective business and wealth strategies. This will be Tom’s first appearance at the Summit.
