There’s a lot of info here, but don’t be intimidated (it’s not as bad as a real estate transaction!).
Registering for the Summit is really just a simple 4 step process:
Step 1: Decide who’s coming. You’ll need to fill out a SEPARATE registration form for EACH person – even the kids. Best to download the registration form(s) now, so you can reference it while you read through the pricing options below.
Step 2: Decide what level of stateroom you want (all details are below). The basic choices are Inside, Ocean View, Balcony, or Grand Suite. If you want something fancier, need two connecting rooms or have other special rooming needs , then call us at 1-888-489-7723 x 1.
Step 3: Decide your sleeping arrangements. If it’s just you (Single Occupancy) or you and a roommate (Double Occupancy), it’s pretty simple. If you’re bringing minor children, it gets more complicated, so if you get confused when reviewing the child pricing below, just give us a call at 1-888-489-7723 x 1.
Step 4: Download and complete a registration form for EACH person (just in case it wasn’t clear from Step 1 
). Be sure to read and sign the Participation Agreement on page two in addition to the payment authorization on page one. Email or fax your registration(s) as indicated on the form.
With all that out of the way, let’s get into all the details:
The Real Estate Guys™ Investor Summit at Sea™ gives you an EDUCATION, a VACATION (sort of…we go pretty hard!), a PLANNING RETREAT, and an opportunity to build STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS; plus you get to TRAVEL - and if you bring your spouse and children, you get some FAMILY TIME too. What a deal!
But, if you think this is just a real estate cruise, you’re missing the whole point. This isn’t a cruise, it’s a real estate investor Summit that happens to take place (mostly) on a cruise ship – which is WAY more fun than spending 8 days in a conference center. So what you’re really paying for is the Summit, and we toss the cruise in for free! Now, THAT’S a great deal!!!
Summit registration rates are PER PERSON and INCLUDE:
- Your hotel room for two nights (March 29th-30th) in Orlando, Florida where the Summit begins
- Your breakfast and on-shore classes on March 30th and 31st
- Group transportation from the hotel in Orlando to the pier at Port Canaveral on March 31st
- Your cruise fare on the spectacular Carnival Dream including all port charges and government taxes
- All ship board meals including nightly 5-course meals in the main dining room, casual breakfasts and lunches at the Lido buffet, and 24-hour pizza and room service!!!
- Prepaid gratuities to the ship’s wait staff and cabin stewards
- Carnival’s Youth Programs children ages 2-17, which means your kids will be happily occupied and well cared for while you’re cramming your head full of real estate wisdom!
- 24+ hours of educational sessions and roundtables with our stellar faculty
- Your Summit workbook and all class materials
- Exclusive, private hosted cocktail parties with The Real Estate Guys™ and Summit faculty
- Certain special “surprises” to be revealed at sea!
Summit registration does NOT include the following items:
- Non-hosted drinks, gambling, other items or services sold on board or on shore by the cruise line and/or port vendors (souvenirs, spa services, on-shore transportation, fake tattoos, etc.)
- Optional port excursions promoted through Carnival Cruise Lines or other 3rd party vendors
- Our optional (but very popular and always sells out) real estate field trip to Belize with The Real Estate Guys™
- Optional ( but WAY fun) group beach party with The Real Estate Guys™
- Airfare or other transportation to and from your location and the hotel in Orlando at the beginning or home from Port Canaveral upon return
- Optional activities on-shore in Orlando for young children (that is, if you have kids with you, there will be things for them to do while you’re in session)
- Extended hours on-board childcare – Carnival provides a LOT of free coverage in their standard Youth Program offering, but if you want to stay out REALLY late, optional fee based care is available through Carnival. Contact us if you need more info.
Summit Registration Rates*
*Our guaranteed availability group cruise ship cabin inventory expired on December 31st, 2011. We now request cabin allocations from the cruise line on a case by case basis. The Junior Suites are already SOLD OUT. Certain cabin types may be unavailable or subject to pricing adjustments. Of course, if a cabin you request is unavailable or your actual Summit registration fee is different than what you authorize, we’ll contact you before proceeding. But once you’re committed to coming, PLEASE register as soon as possible to assure the best pricing and cabin selection.
The following discounts apply to all ADULT registrations:
- Summit Alumni (applies if you’ve been on any of our past 9 Summits) – deduct $200 per adult
- Inner Circle, Mentoring Club or Backstage Pass Members** – deduct $100 per Member
** Membership must be activated and paid current at time of registration through time of departure.
Children and Double Occupancy (if you’re bringing your kids – and they’ll LOVE you forever if you do – PLEASE READ THIS!)
- A child rooming with TWO adults pays the CHILD registration rate.
- A child rooming with only ONE adult pays the FULL FARE CHILD rate. The good news is that the adult rooming with a full fare child qualifies for the double occupancy rate.
- Discounts do NOT apply to ANY child rate, full fare or otherwise.
- Children (age 17 and below) are required by the cruise line to room with an adult. So even though you’d love to get two staterooms with your twin 7 year olds in their own room so you and your spouse can get re-acquainted in your own room, the cruise line won’t let us book it that way. What you need to do is book one adult (at the Double Occupancy rate) and one child (at the Full Fare Child rate) in one stateroom and repeat the process for the second room. Where everyone actually sleeps is something you can work out with your kids once you’re on board (what happens at sea stays at sea.
). If you want to have your kids in an adjoining room with a connecting door, be sure to let us know because we need to make special arrangements. And don’t delay, because there’s a very limited supply of adjoining rooms.
3rd and 4th Adults
If you’re on a tight budget or you have some friends that you REALLY want to get to know better, you can squeeze up to 4 people in a cabin. We’ve already talked children, so the 3rd and 4th Adult Rate is for those adults (18+ years old) that will be staying in one cabin with 2 or more other adults. Cozy!
Guaranteed Share
Do you really want to go, but want the lower Double Occupancy rate and can’t find any friends to room with you? No worries! Just sign up by yourself and add $350 to the Double Occupancy rate and we’ll find you a same sex cabinmate. If we don’t, you get a cabin to yourself at a huge discount (compared to Single Occupancy). If we do, then you get to become BFF’s with another real estate zealot. We can’t guarantee you’ll get along, but it’s doubtful you’ll spend much time in the cabin anyway, so go for it!

- 3rd and 4th Adult – $3497 per person for the 3rd or 4th occupant
- Full Fare Child (rooming with one adult)- $1699
- Child (rooming with two adults or one adult and a full fare child) – $999
