Summit Faculty Member: Ken McElroy

With so many posers and pretenders in the real estate business, we appreciate every chance we get to hang out with people who are the real deal.  That’s what we like about Ken McElroy.  Sure, he’s Rich Dad’s real estate advisor to Robert Kiyosaki. That alone is impressive to us.  But when you have thousands of doors in your portfolio – well, that’s just ridiculous.  So when Kenny said he’d join us for our 2010 Investor Summit at Sea™, we were giddy.  And after spending a week with Ken and his wife Laura, we found out that not only is he super smart, but he’s a very fun guy to spend time with.  While we were thrilled for all the people who attended the Summit, we were SO SAD for all the people who missed the opportunity.  That’s the bad news.

The GREAT NEWS is that Ken has agreed to return as a faculty member for The Real Estate Guys™ 2011 Investor Summit at Sea™. That means YOU get a second chance to enjoy a week getting to know and learning from one of the most well known and respected real estate investors in the world!  On the off chance you don’t know who Ken McElroy is, let us brag on him a little bit.

Ken is a great real estate success story. He started out as a property manager for other property owners.  He cut his teeth (and more!) in the real world dealing with tenants, toilets and troubles on behalf of his customers.  But as he became more successful, he invested in properties himself.  When he ran out of his own money (easy to do!) and wanted to do bigger deals, he teamed up with partners.  Along the way, he met Robert and Kim Kiyosaki, who made him one of their most trusted advisors.  Today, Ken has over a bazillion (a slight exaggeration)  units under management and is known worldwide through his writings, presentations and close association with the Rich Dad company.  His book, The ABC’s of Real Estate Investing is one of the best selling real estate books ever.
