We are SO excited to have Wayne Palmer returning as faculty member for our 9th annual Investor Summit at Sea! We met Wayne through our good friend Robert Kiyosaki, who is arguably one of the most influential financial teachers of our time.  Robert’s book, Rich Dad Poor Dad is the greatest selling business book in history.  One of the most important concepts Rich Dad teaches is that real estate investing is a team sport.  Making sure you have the right advisory team is a HUGE part of your success.

Wayne is Robert Kiyosaki’s Creative Real Estate Advisor.  Mr.Kiyosaki calls Wayne Palmer the “Wayniac” and a “creative real estate genius” because of how quickly he can find multiple ways to make a real estate deal come together.

Wayne is also the owner of National Note in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Wayne boasts a long and diverse history in real estate and financing which includes real estate development and brokerage.  Wayne is a Certified Real Estate Note Appraiser, a Certified Cash Flow Master Broker and a respected leader in the creative equity exchange industry.  What all that means is that Wayne knows how to create wealth without cash.  Best of all, he’s agreed to share his proven strategies and techniques with The Real Estate Guys™ and our special guests (which we hope will include YOU!) as we sail the Caribbean April 3rd – 12th, 2011.

Wayne wrote 3 chapters of Robert Kiyosaki’s The REAL Book of Real Estate (which we highly recommend).  We were fortunate enough to interview most of the 22 contributing authors.  Since Wayne wrote three chapters, we interviewed him 3 times!  Wouldn’t you just LOVE to hear those interviews?
