Friday Night No-Host Cocktail Reception – Come hang out with The Real Estate Guys™ and your fellow attendees for some tasty libations and lively conversations! Afterwards, you’re on your own for dinner. You can eat at the hotel restaurant … But by now you’ve made some new friends, so you may want to grab a cab and do something fun in town! But don’t stay out TOO late, because the next day is….
Day 2: Saturday, March 21st
Doors open at 8:20 am, and we’re back at it all day starting at 8:30 am. Things wrap up about 6:00 pm, and you’ll want to be sure to stay for the exciting wrap-up.
After the session, we’ll clear the room, then if tradition holds … And we’re sure it will … A bunch of us will go out and find someplace fun to eat, drink, and network.

There is an optional VIP lunch with faculty members and a very special guest speaker on Friday, October 3rd.
It’s the perfect opportunity to connect, ask questions, and enjoy quality conversations over a shared meal in a relaxed, intimate setting. You won’t want to miss it!

Flights and Hotel Rooms
This hotel is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes (14.1 Miles) from DFW International and 10 minutes (3.9 miles) from DAL Dallas Love Field. The discounted room rate is valid for one night prior to the event and one night after the event (10/2-10/6).
Please plan to arrive no later than the evening of Thursday, October 2nd. We’ll start bright and early on Friday and go hard all day, so you’ll want to be well rested.
Saturday, we wrap up around 6:00 pm, so we recommend you schedule your flight out no earlier than 7:30 pm on Saturday …

Event Etiquette
Attire is business casual. You’ll be sitting quite a bit so dress comfortably … But you’ll also be meeting new people, so you’ll want to look professional.
Even though we facilitate and encourage networking, this is an EDUCATIONAL event. While it’s fine to exchange contact information with new friends, there’s no unauthorized deal-pitching or distribution of promotional materials.

Ryan Gibson
Ryan Gibson was working full time as an airline pilot when turbulent times in the airline industry sparked his interest in real estate investing. After running out of his own capital, he attended this very event and began building a syndication business in his spare time. Today, he and his partner have raised nearly $300 million in private capital, built a successful real estate investment and development business, and their company has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies THREE years in a row.
Bob Fraser
Robert Fraser is a finance and technology executive with over 20 years of experience who is passionate about educating others about alternative investments. In 2012, he co-founded Aspen Funds, a fund management company focused on alternative investments, where he is responsible for financial management, portfolio modeling, as well as systems and processes.

Principal Attorney Elizabeth A.
