Hello Everybody, Robert Helms and I wanted to record a quick message because coming up, it is our 24th annual investor summit, and we would love to have your participation not just because we’d like to see you, which is true, but because we really believe this is the best chance to do business with our listeners. Over the years, we’ve had lots of listeners engage with our providers in lots of ways, you know, through the show, obviously, in the free reports and the referrals on the website. But I will tell you time and time again, the providers that come with us on the summit, and it’s a week long, have to really think about strategically investing an entire week, but always, always end up doing business because it goes from being a company and a transaction to being a relationship. And so I cannot imagine the scenario under which you are represented by your company and would come to spend time with the summitiers and not get business from it. But that’s for you to decide.

The reason I’m bringing you the message this time is we’ve just made a big pivot and we’ve announced that the 24th annual investor summit will be a summit on sand in beautiful Puerto Rico. So you don’t have to commit to seven days on a cruise ship. The summit is now just five days long and it’d be great if you could attend the entire thing. But even if you could only attend three or four days, you’ll probably get a pretty good bang for your buck. Here’s why it’s different. It’s not just a conference. We’ve got amazing speakers. I mean, everyone always marvels at the faculty, and they should. We have built an incredible following of great, great thinkers, not just in real estate, but, you know, have Peter Schiff shift with us, Mike Maloney with us, with Ken McElroy with us. And the list goes on and on. And that gives credibility and brings the right kind of people. And because the summit is a longer commitment and more expensive, the people that show up are the doers, not just the wishers. It’s an amazing event on a personal level. You will get to meet amazing people here, incredible content and build relationships. But from a business perspective, this could be one of the best things you do with the year. It also sets a foundation for where you go with real estate guys as a provider in the coming years. We’ll have a natural affinity and camaraderie when you say things like, yeah, I’m at the investor summit and I was talking to Brent Johnson. Right- There’s credibility there. I will say that you’ve got a lot of different things you can do with your time and your resources.

So we’re not just casually saying, oh, come on the summit. But we do think that this is a really strategic time. It’s no secret that sales for real estate and related products are down. People are hesitant because they’re scared. They don’t know where the market’s going. Uncertainty creates a lack of action. But on the summit, they will find more clarity and certainty than they found in a long time. Not because the faculty have the right answers or even the same answer, but because they go through the work to get those conversations to lead to action. That’s our motto: Education for Effective Action. And if you’re in the room, it’s action that you’ll be able to take.
Let me give you an example. One of our summit faculty members will be back, I think, for his ninth or 10th year is Dana Samuelson. Dana’s is a precious metals dealer. Some of you know Dana. And Dana doesn’t ever miss the summit because it’s a great chance for him to build those relationships, get new educational content because he’s a pretty prolific teacher. But he always, always, always finds clients and customers. In fact, a great deal of clients and customers. So for your consideration, think about joining us for the 24th annual investor summit. You can reach out to Christine, Christine@Realestateguysradio.com to get all of the details. She’s got some promotional opportunities and we can put tchotchke in the registration bag and all that kind of fun stuff.

But we want to design this so it does the right thing for you. You’re just not another pretty face at the summit, but you’re someone people will engage with. There’s a couple of specific mechanisms we use on at least two of the days. We’ll have round table discussions and round table discussions are not big format from the front of the stage with a world famous speaker. They’re small eight and 10 person tables where somebody leads the discussion. Those are often our summitiers who are in different markets and different product types and have different experiences. But it’s also our providers and is a great chance to sit with a group of folks that have raised their hand to say, I want to learn about that and sit with you over lunch for an hour. So that’s one of the ways that we do it. The other way is hosting a dinner table. The dining times are some of the best times of the summit. That’s when you get to engage with other summiters, with faculty members, with people from all over the world. And if you’ll host a table every night, that means it’s your job to do what a host does: Find out who everybody is, where they’re from, introduce them to each other, foster a conversation. And no doubt it will end up turning the conversation at some point to what you and your company do. And you can talk about that and you’d be amazed at how many people will now be interested because their guard is down. It’s not an ad that runs on our show. It’s a person they’re having dinner with. And there’s a lot more. So thank you for your time. We would love to see you at the 24th annual investor summit. Reach out to Christine if you have any questions and I hope to see you there.
