Transportation
Shuttle to/from the COS Airport is $70 round-trip, $35 one-way. Guests must make advanced reservation on COS-Broadmoor Shuttle | Gray Line Broadmoor.
When your guests arrive at COS, they should check in at the Broadmoor Airport desk across from the base of the escalator.

Flights and Hotel Rooms
This hotel is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes (3.2 Miles) from DFW International and 20 minutes (14 miles) from DAL Dallas Love Field.
The room rate is $143 and is valid for one night prior to the event and one night after the event (10/03 – 10/04).
Please plan to arrive no later than the evening of Thursday, October 2nd. We’ll start bright and early on Friday and go hard all day, so you’ll want to be well rested.
Saturday, we wrap up around 6:00 pm, so we recommend you schedule your flight out no earlier than 7:30 pm on Saturday …
… Or better yet (and highly recommended) stay over and fly home Sunday. Most people find the unstructured social time after the event is well worth staying over for!

Attire is business casual. You’ll be sitting quite a bit so dress comfortably … But you’ll also be meeting new people, so you’ll want to look professional.
Even though we facilitate and encourage networking, this is an EDUCATIONAL event. While it’s fine to exchange contact information with new friends, there’s no unauthorized deal-pitching or distribution of promotional materials.
