In the case of Orlando Florida, it’s easy to think of this market as a one trick mouse. But that would be a big mistake.
There’s a MUCH bigger story to Orlando than Mickey Mouse and Disney World. It’s part of Florida, which is a great story in and of itself. There’s strong job and population growth, a diversifying economy, and substantial foreign interest.
After hearing so much positive buzz about Orlando, we commissioned our good friend Ryan Hinricher to do some research and prepare a special report on his findings. We know Ryan knows real estate at the street level. But he’s also great at understanding the mega-trends that drive real estate supply and demand.
Even better, while Ryan still has his business and investments in Memphis, he chose to move his family to Orlando a few years back because he saw an opportunity. He’d already been investing there, but felt like Orlando was well-positioned to be a great investment market. Sure enough, Orlando is doing well and seems to have a lot more room to run.
We don’t want to steal the thunder from Ryan’s report, so…
