Investor Summit 2026 Update

If for some reason you’d rather read the update, here’s a transcript of Robert’s message:

“Well, hello, it’s Robert Helms from The Real Estate Guys, and it’s great to see our Summiteers. If you’re watching this video, it means you are signed up for the 24th Annual Investors Summit, and we’re so excited you’re coming.

As you know, we had to make a big pivot. When we came out of the gate, we said, “we’re going to do the Summit in July”, near July 4th so we could celebrate the 250thAanniversary of America – and then we discovered a lot of our Summiteers and several of our Faculty Members had commitments as they do something every year at Fourth of July and so we made a pivot and moved the Summit to September, and so far we haven’t really announced too many of our faculty members.

So a few things we want to share. We’ve made some changes you need to know about, and I hope you’re excited about. And we want to announce some of the Faculty Members. So the faculty has not been officially announced yet to the general public or on the radio show. But as a returning Summiteer, we want you to know who’s coming.

So we’re thrilled to announce…

Mike Maloney – the best-selling author in the world on gold and silver is going to be back with us! He made his debut last year on the Investor Summit so you probably had a chance to hear from Mike and maybe meet Mike. Mike’s excited to come back and I know we think about him as a gold and silver guy but he’s got a big project in real estate he talked a little bit about it but it’s made a lot of strides so it’s going to be an exciting thing to talk about.

We also welcome back…

Peter Schiff – Peter also was not sure he could handle the dates. Some of you got in a conversation with Peter and know that he and Lauren bought an electric sailboat so it’s basically an off-grid beautiful yacht and they’re planning to sail it most of the summer but he’s going to be back in time to be there for the Summit!

Our friend Brent Johnson has been the last two times but he’s not been able to commit to the whole time so we’ve seen him for a day or two at the beginning. This time Brent is joining us for the entire Summit and we’re excited about that!

Brien Lundin from the New Orleans Investment Conference and the editor of the Gold Newsletter will be back with us. He’s been with us for more than a decade. So we’re excited about that.

And of course the guy we know who helps us buy gold and silver, Dana Samuelson from American Gold Exchange. Dana will be back with us as well.

From the legal side, we have you covered with Elizabeth Tresp. We had Elizabeth for the first time on the Summit last year. Now she has been part of our events for a long time, but she’s bringing her family once again to the Summit. We’re going to be able to dive into asset protection and estate planning and a host of legal issues, including privacy and liberty.

And also from a legal point of view, Ted Sutton is back with us again. This will be his fourth. Summit, although his first summit I think he was 11 years old. Ted of course is an attorney at Corporate Direct with his dad Garrett Sutton so we’re excited to have Ted back.

Also thrilled that Steve Streetman will be joining us, because Steve runs the Cowboy Auction – the exchange. And we’ve decided we’re going to do that again. So before the Summit gets here, we’ll remind you how all that works so you can be more prepared. When people come for the first time, they don’t know what to expect with the Cowboy Auction, but you know what it’s about and if you come prepared, you’ll make some great trades.

In addition, very excited to announce Ken McElroy is back with us. Kenny has been on a dozen Summits. After the Limitless Expo, which he’s doing in August, he and Danille are traveling, so he wasn’t sure he could pull off the dates, but now he knows. So we’re thrilled to have Ken with us. There’s always a great amount of real estate knowledge there.

And there’s more. We’ve got a couple of more folks and about a half a dozen we’ve invited. So the good news is we’re going to have an outstanding faculty with a few new speakers as well.

Now here’s the big shift…you probably got an email from us because in the news right now is the hantavirus – it’s been serious and it’s been on cruise ships. People have died and we’re taking that seriously. The norovirus has been found this season on several cruise ships. Now noroviruses have been on cruise ships for a long time they’re just flu-like and it’s not fun but it’s not a big deal and yet with all that’s happening we’re making a big pivot.

The 24th Annual Investor Summit is back on Sand. So we’re not going to be on the cruise ship, but we’re also not going to be in our normal location. We’re going to Puerto Rico. And the reason we’re going to Puerto Rico is that’s where Peter and Brent and Mike live. In addition to that, there’ll be an opportunity to go see Mike’s amazing project. Now, it’s separate from the Summit. You’ll be hearing more about it. In fact, you’ll be the first to hear about it. When the Summit concludes, there’ll be an optional overnight trip, two hours away to Jayuya, the area where Mike Maloney’s 900 acre beautiful farm is and we’ll have some faculty up there you’ll get to tour the farm and we’ll have .some additional mastermind time,
Again it’s a separate add-on but the first people that’ll have an opportunity to do it will be Summiteers before anybody else can have a chance because it’s going to be fairly limited in size.

We’re also going to have some fun while we’re in Puerto Rico. It’s a lively place and it’s got a wonderful choice of hotels. We’ve narrowed it down to a few, and we haven’t picked the hotel yet, but just know it’s going to be a beautiful hotel with lots of things to do, delicious meals, not much else is going to change except the ground isn’t gonna move so much like it does sometimes on a cruise ship.
So we’re hoping you’re going to be excited about it! We’re going to be able to bring a great program, we’re going to be able to go see Mike Maloney’s farm, we’re going to be able to hang out at the beach and things like that.

YOUR ACTION NOT YET REQUIRED
You don’t have to do anything except look for an email that will adjust your cruise tuition appropriately to be a land tuition, if you will. So when you sign up for the summit, it’s based on the cabin level and how many people are with you and so forth. That just changes a little bit. Everything’s still included. Almost all the meals will be included. Two cocktail party’s are included. All the content’s included. Your hotel rooms for the Summit are included. All that is part of the Summit…that doesn’t change.

The only thing that changes, perhaps, is a little bit of the details during our days.
