Cash flow comes in two flavors … rents or loan payments. Most real estate investors opt to be landlords to collect rents, tax breaks, and equity. Of course, along with rents, landlording brings responsibilities and liabilities.
Note investing is another way to collect cash flows without the hassles of landlording. And done right, the yields are excellent, and you can also find equity!
