Jay’s an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, having recently served as the Fort Worth/Mid Cities Chapter’s President, Treasurer and Secretary. He’s also an author and a sought-after speaker for multiple Realtors boards, advisory panels, investment training seminars, and several nationally syndicated radio programs focused on single-family and multifamily real estate and property management.
Jay takes pride in his role as an educator, armed with the knowledge and experience necessary to help his clients make sound investment decisions.
